Made our day come to life in some of the pictures, really had everyone at ease during photos and everyone I spoke to complimented how good and professional Colin was all day from the very start to the very end, thank you very much

I have used Colin for many of my Performing Arts events. He is always professional, very friendly and easy to work with.
Most of my events involve a lot of children and Colin has always had a great rapport with them, therefore able to take great pictures of them naturally and in action.
I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I cannot recommend Colin highly enough. I have worked with him closely in a professional capacity over an extended period and I have witnessed his unique ability to put subjects at complete ease and then go on and capture an excellent photograph. If I was getting married again to my wife, it would be Colin I would ask to take the photographs.
— Peter Martin , Former Mayor of North Down
I would like to say a huge thankyou to Colin Maxwell Photography for his fantastic service recently when he came to our club for children with special needs. I had witnessed some of Colin’s work previously but to experience it first hand at our photo booth was an absolute joy. He was great with the kids, managing to capture many precious moments and made the occasion so much fun for all our families. The added bonus was the high quality photographs he produced, which help us to cherish these moments for many years to come!
— Angela Rogan, Leader of Bangor Elim Same Smiles
Colin has done two family photo shoots for us and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else now. Both times we ended up with a set of beautiful, studio quality photographs but they were taken in the comfort of our own home. Colin was really professional getting everything organised and set up. He made everyone feel relaxed and was able to get some really lovely natural photos.

Colin Maxwell is now ‘my’ photographer. He recently took photographs for my Father’s surprise 94th Birthday Party and he was amazing. Never-mind the excellent quality images that he produced, he was a professional through and through and took control of a very large group of people with manners and politeness and managed to get every single shot that I desired, without upsetting or stressing anyone. I can also say that he worked like a trooper and stayed on until my whole family were satisfied (and that is hard to do.) we have now got the finally results and I can say, with confidence, that Colin is now our ‘family photographer’
— Austen Lennon, Former Independent Councillor in North Down
I have worked with Colin Maxwell on a number of occasions in an official capacity. I have found him to be an approachable and trustworthy person who is always prompt for engagements. His photographs are professional and of a high quality. He has a personable manner and is keen to accommodate your requests and put you at ease in front of the camera.
— Andrew Muir, Former Mayor of North Down and Chairperson of the Alliance Party NI.
Colin is a reliable photographer and his work is of a high quality. He really put us at ease on our wedding day and was very easy to work with. No request of ours was too big, he tried to accommodate them all. It was great that he had time to photograph myself and my husband on the morning of the wedding because we wouldn’t have been able to see what each other was up to otherwise! He also took some casual photos at my hen party which is a nice reminder of my girls’ night out. He often works quietly in the background and you wouldn’t even know he is there, however he is also good at making his presence known to ensure he captures every moment of your big day. I would highly recommend him.
— Sarah Jamison, Bride
Colin’s attitude is a quality that really helps him. We asked him to cover our EP launch on the morning of the event an it was no bother for him! He arrived and took photos with the professionalism we’d hoped for. Results speak for themselves. Would recommend in a heart beat!
